These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the services provided by Ice Drop Plus, including appliance repair, HVAC diagnostics and maintenance, and ice machine diagnostics and maintenance, to customers in the Columbus, Georgia area. By scheduling an appointment, submitting a service request, or allowing Ice Drop Plus to perform any service, you ("Customer") acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms in full. These Terms apply to all service engagements — whether initiated in person, by phone, or through our online scheduling platform.

SECTION 1 — INTRODUCTION & ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

  1. By scheduling, requesting, or receiving any service from Ice Drop Plus — whether through our website, phone, SMS, or the Housecall Pro scheduling platform — you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety.
  2. These Terms apply to all service interactions, including but not limited to in-person service visits, remote consultations, estimates, diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance work.
  3. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not schedule or proceed with service. Continued use of Ice Drop Plus services constitutes full acceptance of these Terms.
  4. These Terms form a legally binding agreement between you (the Customer) and Ice Drop Plus. No modification to these Terms is valid unless agreed upon in writing by an authorized representative of Ice Drop Plus.

SECTION 2 — SERVICES OFFERED

  1. Ice Drop Plus provides the following professional services:
  2. Appliance Repair & Maintenance — Diagnostic evaluation and repair of residential and commercial appliances.
  3. HVAC Diagnostics, Repair & Maintenance — Inspection, diagnosis, repair, and routine maintenance of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems.
  4. Ice Machine Diagnostics, Repair & Maintenance — Inspection, diagnosis, repair, and preventive maintenance of commercial and residential ice machines.
  5. All services are subject to technician availability at the time of scheduling. Ice Drop Plus reserves the right to decline or discontinue service at any time if conditions are deemed unsafe, outside the scope of our expertise, or otherwise not feasible.
  6. Services are currently offered within the Columbus, Georgia service area and surrounding regions at the discretion of Ice Drop Plus. Geographic availability may change without advance notice.
  7. Ice Drop Plus does not guarantee that every piece of equipment can be repaired. In some cases, a technician may determine that a unit is beyond economical repair or that parts are unavailable.

SECTION 3 — SCHEDULING & APPOINTMENTS

  1. Appointments may be scheduled through the following channels:
  2. Our website, powered by the Housecall Pro platform;
  3. By phone or SMS at (706) 570-9247; or
  4. Directly through the Housecall Pro customer portal, if applicable.
  5. The Customer is responsible for providing accurate and complete information when scheduling, including the type, make, model, and serial number of the equipment requiring service, as well as a clear description of the issue or symptoms observed.
  6. The Customer must ensure that the service location is safe, accessible, and free of hazards that could impede the technician's ability to perform work. This includes clearing the area around the equipment and ensuring pets are secured.
  7. An authorized adult (18 years of age or older) must be present at the service location for the full duration of the appointment. Ice Drop Plus technicians will not perform work without an authorized adult present.
  8. Appointment windows and estimated arrival times are provided as a courtesy. Actual arrival times may vary due to traffic, prior job duration, or unforeseen circumstances. Ice Drop Plus will make reasonable efforts to communicate delays in a timely manner.

SECTION 4 — CANCELLATIONS & RESCHEDULING

  1. If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, Ice Drop Plus requests at least 24 hours' advance notice via phone or SMS at (706) 570-9247, or through the Housecall Pro platform. We understand that emergencies happen and will work with you in good faith.
  2. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice, or failure to be present at the scheduled appointment time without prior notice ("no-show"), may result in a cancellation or trip fee. The Customer will be notified of any applicable fee before being charged.
  3. Ice Drop Plus reserves the right to reschedule appointments at any time due to technician illness or unavailability, inclement weather, equipment needs, or other emergencies beyond our control. We will make every reasonable effort to provide timely notice and offer the next available appointment.
  4. Repeated cancellations or no-shows may result in Ice Drop Plus requiring a deposit or prepayment before future appointments are confirmed.

SECTION 5 — PRICING, ESTIMATES & PAYMENTS

  1. Any estimate provided prior to or at the start of service is a good-faith estimate only and is not a guaranteed fixed price. Final pricing is determined after a complete diagnostic assessment of the equipment. Ice Drop Plus will communicate any changes to the estimated cost before proceeding with additional work.
  2. Payment in full is due upon completion of the service unless a separate written payment arrangement has been agreed upon in advance by both parties.
  3. Ice Drop Plus currently accepts the following payment methods:
  4. Cash;
  5. Check (made payable to Ice Drop Plus);
  6. Credit and debit cards (as supported through the Housecall Pro platform); and
  7. Other digital payment methods as accepted and communicated at the time of service.
  8. A diagnostic fee and/or trip fee applies to each service visit. This fee is due regardless of whether the Customer chooses to proceed with the recommended repair. The fee covers the technician's time, travel, and diagnostic assessment.
  9. In the event a check is returned due to insufficient funds or any other reason, the Customer will be charged a returned check fee of $35.00, in addition to any applicable bank fees incurred by Ice Drop Plus. Ice Drop Plus reserves the right to require certified payment (cash, card, or money order) from any Customer who has a history of returned checks.
  10. Unpaid balances may be subject to collection efforts. The Customer agrees to pay all reasonable costs of collection, including court costs and attorney's fees, to the extent permitted by Georgia law.

SECTION 6 — WARRANTIES & GUARANTEES

  1. Labor Warranty: Ice Drop Plus warrants its labor for a period of 30 days from the date of service completion. If the same issue recurs within this period and is directly related to the work performed, Ice Drop Plus will return to re-evaluate and correct the issue at no additional labor charge, subject to the exclusions listed below.
  2. Parts Warranty: Any parts installed by Ice Drop Plus are subject to the original manufacturer's warranty terms and conditions. Ice Drop Plus will assist the Customer in pursuing a parts warranty claim where applicable, but cannot guarantee outcomes or replacement timelines.
  3. All warranties are void if, after Ice Drop Plus has performed service, the equipment is:
  4. Tampered with, disassembled, or modified by the Customer or any unauthorized third party;
  5. Subjected to misuse, abuse, neglect, or improper operating conditions; or
  6. Serviced, repaired, or adjusted by another technician or service provider.

  2. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Georgia law, Ice Drop Plus's total liability for any claim arising from or related to services performed shall not exceed the total amount paid by the Customer for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
  3. Ice Drop Plus is not responsible for any consequential, incidental, indirect, or special damages of any kind, including but not limited to:
  4. Food spoilage or loss resulting from appliance or refrigeration failure;
  5. Loss of business revenue or income;
  6. Damage to property that was pre-existing or caused by forces outside the scope of the repair; or
  7. Any secondary failures not directly caused by the work performed by Ice Drop Plus.
  8. Customers who own or operate aging or end-of-life equipment assume the inherent risk that such equipment may fail during or after service due to its condition, and Ice Drop Plus shall bear no liability for such outcomes.
  9. Nothing in this section shall limit Ice Drop Plus's liability in the event of gross negligence or willful misconduct as determined by a court of competent jurisdiction.

SECTION 8 — CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITIES

  1. The Customer agrees to provide accurate and complete information about the equipment requiring service, including make, model number, serial number, age of equipment, and a thorough description of any symptoms or issues observed.
